Clinch Nuts

A clinch nut is a type of threaded insert which is used by pressing the nut into sheets of steel so the knurled ring clamps in. It permanently anchors itself by being pressed and swaging itself into the material. This item is  low cost and reduces the assembly time to manufacture because it reduces the amount of parts needed for the job.
